Joanne was admitted as a solicitor in November 1995 and joined the TSP Commercial Property team in September 2024.

Joanne specialises in commercial property matters, helping developers, private clients, farmers and landowners with:

Strategic land planning (such as promotion and option agreements) Sale and purchases of land for development and all general commercial property work Succession planning for families and businesses Property portfolios Financing and taxation issues

Having obtained her degree from the London School of Economics, she took her Law Society Finals at the College of Law in London and spent the early part of my legal career in one of the City’s major firms. During the last five years, Joanne worked at a leading regional firm before joining a Silver Circle law firm based in London.
