Ann qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and is now a Senior Associate in the Wills & Estates team at Thompson Smith and Puxon. With 19 years of experience specialising in Private Client law, she focuses on supporting high-net-worth clients with lifetime tax planning and inheritance tax planning. Ann's work involves managing trusts and drafting bespoke Wills tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

In addition to these areas, Ann provides comprehensive assistance with all aspects of estate administration, handling estates of all types, including cases of intestacy. She also offers guidance on lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.

Ann is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and an affiliated member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers. She has also completed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation. As a Dementia Friend and local champion of the Essex Community Foundation, Ann is committed to making a positive impact both professionally and within the community.
