Byeong-Ok Song is a member of both the Electronics & Software and Mechanical & Mechatronics Teams at our firm. He specializes in the areas of optics, electronics & electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and semiconductors. Mr. Song has a solid background in physics along with over 30 years of experience in practicing patent law both in Korea and overseas since being admitted to the Patent Bar in 1991.  He has been involved in numerous litigation cases including preliminary injuction and monetary damages before the Civil Court, Criminal Court, and Patent Court. Also, he has participated in several patent appraisal and conciliation cases and published articles on patent related cases in Korea.
