S&A Law Offices has successfully secured significant verdicts for its client, Adani Power Limited, in two major matters before the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Delhi, against Western Coalfields Ltd. and Employees of Vidarbha Industries Power Ltd. The Hon’ble NCLAT was pleased to dismiss the appeals filed by Western Coalfields Ltd. and Employees of Vidarbha Industries Power Ltd. respectively and upheld the Resolution Plan approval order passed by Ld. National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.

S&A Law Offices successfully represented Adani Power Limited and defended the Resolution Plan worth INR 4000 Cr.  Western Coalfields Ltd. and Employees of Vidarbha Industries Power Ltd. challenged the approval of the Resolution Plan. The Hon’ble NCLAT held that objections raised by the Appellants were meritless and there was no violation of provisions of IBC.
