DSK Legal assisted the Sellers in inter alia (i) advising on structuring of the transaction, (ii) advising, preparing, revising, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents i.e. Conveyance Deed, Power of Attorney and other ancillary deeds, letters and writings, thereto, and (iii) execution and registration of the transaction documents i.e. Conveyance Deed, Power of Attorney and other ancillary documents.

Deal Value: INR 475,00,00,000 /- (Rupees Four Hundred and Seventy-Five Crores only).
