Career

LEE, Young Hee is a Managing partner at Barun Law LLC, specializing in civil/labor matters, construction (including cases concerning redevelopment, reconstruction and the Act on Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings), domestic affairs and representing global clients from China and Southeast Asia in litigation cases filed in Korea.  She joined Barun Law in 2000, immediately after completing her training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea, and she has worked with Cha Jeong-il special prosecutor's team in 2001 to 2002 as a special investigator concerning the Lee Yong-ho Gate case.  Since then, Ms Lee has dealt with numerous legal advisory and litigation cases, including advising and representing Hyundai Motor Company, Doosan Heavy Industries, Daekyo, GM Daewoo, Woongjin Thinkbig, KEPCO KPS, KEPID, and Korea Software Promotion Agency on labor law-related issues, providing legal advice and representation services concerning Susaek 7, Suseak 13, Wangsipni New Town Area 3, Gajaeyul New Town Area 3, and Bukahyeon2-dong redevelopment promotion areas, and providing legal advice to Korea Software Promotion Agency, Korean Veterans Association S&S Business Division, Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, and Korean Women's Association.
