Mr. Liu joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2010. Mr. Liu specializes in venture capital
and private equity financing, public financing, mergers and acquisitions and foreign
investment. He has represented a large number of venture capital funds, private equity
funds, strategic investors and entrepreneurs in various industry sectors covering Internet,
education, telecommunications, retail and pharmaceuticals, and has assisted in forming
deal structures, conducting due diligence investigations, drafting legal documents and
participating in negotiations. In the public financing area, Mr. Liu has represented a
large number of issuers and underwriters of Chinese companies in initial public
offerings, debt offerings and alternative public financings on overseas stock exchanges.
