Ms. Isha Gandhi has been associated with RKD since 2015 and is involved
in handling contentious Intellectual property work, primarily focusing on
Trademark and Copyright matters. She has experience in managing
Trademark and Copyright portfolio for diverse clients; drafting of
applications, opposition matters, assignment and cease & desist letters;
and appearing before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums including
District Courts, Trademark Registry and Copyright office. Her area of
expertise extends to advising clients on IP Protection on web and
infringement actions.
