Anesha qualified as a solicitor in 2019. She joined the Family Finance team at TV Edwards in 2021.

Anesha has experience of dealing with a wide range of family law matters. She can assist and advise on:

Divorce and dissolution of civil partnership. Financial remedies on divorce and dissolution. Unmarried couple finances including property disputes. Private law children disputes and domestic abuse.

Anesha combines a very busy and complex caseload of finance, domestic abuse and private law children cases, conducting her own cases and assisting senior solicitors on high value matters.

Anesha has a range of clients. She has a caring and compassionate approach which makes clients feel comfortable opening up to her. She ensures her clients are supported and will go above and beyond to secure an outcome they are happy with.

Anesha provides a bespoke service by approaching each one of her client’s cases according to their needs and by preparing a suitable strategy. She communicates legal jargon in a practical and straightforward way, so her clients receive comprehensible advice and with her guidance can decide on the right option for them Anesha’s client’s find her very approachable.

Anesha is a member of Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes in a non-confrontational way. She believes court proceedings should be a last resort, but if you do end up in proceedings, Anesha will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Anesha has an intrinsic knowledge of the law and procedure of domestic abuse. She has trained family law solicitors, barristers, and judges through the charity SafeLives and also trains the department internally as well as mentoring more junior lawyers undertaking such cases.

She acts as a Family Clinic Supervisor at BPP Law School where she oversees students interviewing members of the public who need family law legal advice and support Anesha writes on financial matters including  on the impact of inflationary rises on payers and recipients of spousal maintenance.
