Argus Partners is pleased to announce that it has advised Syrma SGS Technology Limited (“Syrma SGS”), a leading electronics system design and manufacturing company, on its agreement with Kaga Electronics India Private Limited (“Kaga Electronics”), a Japanese electronics company engaged in the production and distribution of electronic components, to establish a strategic joint venture focused on manufacturing for Japanese clients.

As part of the joint venture, Syrma SGS will hold a 60% stake in the joint venture company, with the remaining stake to be held by the Indian arm of Kaga Electronics. The joint venture company will establish, develop and operate a technologically advanced, state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing services facility in India focusing on Japanese clients.
