Since helping set the firm up in 1998, Stefanie Yuen Thio now heads its transactional practice, where she is able to holistically support clients across all areas of her expertise, including public mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity transactions and corporate governance.
Stef is a people person, which has not only built her a formidable network of contacts, but has also underpinned her strategic abilities in boardroom battles. Deeply invested in every relationship, Stefanie's unique personality and her proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese have won her clients the world over, from the United States and Europe to Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Beyond the boardroom, Stefanie's interests extend to community causes.
