Making partner in her early thirties at a top international law firm, June has done her tour of duty at some of the biggest names in the industry. Her area of specialty is transactions, in particular banking and finance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions, where she has cut billion-dollar deals for clients all over the world.

Prior to joining TSMP Law Corporation, she worked at Wikborg Rein, Linklaters, Allen & Overy and Drew & Napier in Singapore. She is qualified as a solicitor in England and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2001.

June is focused on making things work for the client. From complex deals to general corporate matters, she draws on her extensive transactional experience to provide sound commercial advice. Clients value her prompt and insightful responses, as well as her ability and determination to get things done.
