Duong Thi Mai Huong is a Partner at Frasers Law Company, based in the Ho Chi Minh City office. She joined the firm in 2020 and advises across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and finance, real estate and construction, and international trade.

Huong has deep experience in corporate investment, restructuring, insurance, and venture capital, and has acted for clients across a variety of industries. Her work includes legal due diligence, contract negotiation, transaction structuring, and regulatory advice. She regularly supports clients through complex M&A deals and commercial matters, and is known for her practical approach to advising on both legal risks and business strategy.

She is ranked by IFLR1000 as a Rising Star for M&A in 2023 and 2024, and a Rising Star Partner in 2025. She is also recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a Rising Star for Insurance in 2024 and a Leading Lawyer in 2025.

Before joining Frasers, Huong worked at an international law firm in Ho Chi Minh City and served as Director of Legal at a major Vietnamese real estate developer.
