Foreign Attorney

Mr. Lee is a foreign attorney admitted in Washington since 2006 and joined Yulchon LLC in 2012. Prior to joining Yulchon LLC, he worked as a law clerk at the Washington State Court of Appeals and then as a foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC. He practices primarily in the areas of Corporate & Finance, M&A, Fund/PE, Insurance, Corporate Governance, Cryptoassets/Blockchain, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, and French-language matters and has advised foreign and Korean clients on a broad range of M&A and other corporate projects, a number of which have received awards from, or been published in, international publications.
