Foreign Attorney

Sung Keun Park is a foreign attorney at Yulchon LLC in the corporate and finance practice. Mr. Park’s practice focuses on general banking and finance, ship finance, aviation finance, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Park has extensive experience in representing financial institutions, private equity funds and corporations in a broad range of cross-border transactions and matters.
