Song Ryu is an antitrust/competition partner at Yulchon LLC. Mr. Ryu has handled and litigated a number of antitrust cases before the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) and Korean courts, including domestic and international cartel cases, high-profile mergers, and unfair trade practices. He has also represented and advised various companies in domestic and overseas damages actions filed by purchasers after KFTC decisions imposing fines on the participants of related cartels.
