Lindy advises on employment law, with a particular focus on industrial relations, employment, and anti-discrimination law. She has significant experience in all employment-related litigation, including before the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit (and Family) Court of Australia and VCAT. She has advised clients from the private sector and from all levels of government in both Victoria and New South Wales.
