Maree has over 20 years’ experience in employment law, advising her clients on the management of their employee and industrial relations by providing everything from advice on day-to-day employment issues through to high level strategic advice on major projects. Maree is particularly well-known for her expertise in commercial transactions, restructures, downsizings, IR strategy, negotiation and dispute resolution, as well as executive remuneration and disclosure issues. Maree regularly conducts tailored training for clients on a range of topics including recruitment, appropriate workplace behaviour and workplace health and safety.
