Aniruddha Sen is a part of Trilegal’s Corporate practice. His primary practice areas are private and public M&A, restructuring and insolvency, special situations, distressed transactions and workouts, and structured finance. He has advised various international funds, investments banks and international investors in high-value and complex corporate and debt restructurings in recent years. Aniruddha has acted for funds, capital providers and corporations on large M&As and financing transactions. He has worked with several leading international funds, institutions and corporates on their Indian equity and debt investments, restructurings and exits.
