Nitesh Jain is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group at Trilegal. He specialises in corporate commercial disputes, international and domestic commercial arbitrations, white-collar crimes practice and insolvency matters. He advises and practices across diverse dispute resolution forums, including Supreme Court, various High Courts, tribunals, and other regulatory and quasi-judicial commissions. He regularly represents clients before ad-hoc and arbitration institutions.

He is a strategic disputes lawyer and has significant experience in working on complex disputes, building and executing an overall disputes strategy and representing large conglomerates, banking and financial institutions, private equity funds, foreign investors, Indian and multinational corporations and other clients on a wide range of dispute resolution matters including shareholders dispute, commercial enforcement proceedings, commercial arbitrations, contractual disputes, government policies and administrative law, disputes under media law and sports law, insurance disputes, class actions, banking and finance disputes, banking fraud, insolvency, criminal law, investigations, defamation and others.

Prior to joining Trilegal, Nitesh worked with the Mumbai and New Delhi offices of a leading Indian law firm.
