Richa Choudhary is a Partner, Trilegal, and has extensive experience in Capital Markets (both equity and debt), regulatory practice and securities laws. She has led several domestic and international capital market transactions for equity and debt fund raising. Richa has advised clients across the value chain on aspects of securities law, and has executed capital markets transactions that have been first-in-the-market and won marquee awards.
