Nirosha is the Partner leading our Corporate and Commercial Practice and is also a key member of our Projects and Energy team and Pharma practice.
With extensive experience in local and cross-border commercial transactions, capital markets, commercial contracts and corporate governance, she advises a diverse clientele ranging from multinational corporations, multidevelopment banks to SMEs and private equity investors.
Her dual qualifications in business management and law make her an ideal fit for this role as she can seamlessly assist in bridging business plans, innovations and the law.
