Mr. Soriano has been with the firm since 1989, save for the period of 1995-1997 when he served as in-house counsel of Globe Telecom.
He is currently the Managing Partner and a supervising attorney in the Corporate Group and the Tax Group. His practice revolves around mergers & acquisitions, corporate & project financing and securities offerings. He likewise provides tax planning and structuring advice for various clients.
