Career
Yu Lin is a leading authority in large-scale infrastructure projects, renewable energy, and utility developments, complemented by a robust background in corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She brings extensive regional experience to her work, including a notable secondment advising the Myanmar government on the initial phase of the Dawei Special Economic Zone. She regularly advises project sponsors, developers, and government entities on complex, high-value mandates such as project structuring, tender documentation, power purchase agreements (PPAs), concession agreements, EPCC contracts, and O&M agreements. Recently, she has been highly active in the digital infrastructure space, advising domestic and international clients on the regulatory frameworks and bulk electricity supply arrangements essential for the development and operation of large-scale data centres in Malaysia.
