Bella advises on mergers & acquisitions in various industries, with a focus on real estate transactions where she advises numerous leading developers on direct and indirect acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, and development projects. Bella also advises financing matters and regularly acts for clients ranging from international financial institutions to investment funds in cross-border financing, mezzanine financing, and offshore lending. Her financing practice is a mix of cross-border finance work and equity capital markets work, including rights and bonus offering, warrant issuance, and private placements.

Before transitioning to corporate practice, Bella started her practice in the dispute resolution department of the firm. With prior experience advising on banking and insolvency litigation and high-value recovery and enforcement actions, Bella brings a litigation-informed, strategic approach to corporate advisory where she routinely assists clients with restructuring strategies, asset sales, and disposals and acquisitions in distressed scenarios.

Clients have described Bella as being ‘able to work around non-straightforward situations’ and have commended her for her ‘attention to detail and risk evaluation‘. In the Chambers Asia-Pacific 2026 rankings, Bella is ranked as a Band 3 practitioner in the Real Estate practice. She has also been recently ranked as a “Leading Partner” for Corporate and M&A, Real Estate and Construction, and Capital Markets by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2025.
