Based in Johor, Zaharah advises a diverse range of clients across the real estate industry, including private clients, local and international investors, listed and private companies, statutory corporations, government-linked corporations and government agencies. Her area of practice revolves around property-related transactions such as sale and purchase of properties, leases and tenancies involv­ing all types of real estates.

Zaharah has considerable experience in matters relating to banking and finance, having advised numerous financial institutions pertaining to project finance, property finance, corporate banking and bridging finance, for conventional financing as well as financing under Shariah principles.

In respect of corporate and commercial work, Zaharah has advised, negotiated, as well as drafted documentation for, an array of transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, land development, privatisation projects, general corporate and commercial drafting and advisory work.
