She has represented various multinational corporations, government-linked companies and hospitals on employment disputes in the Industrial Court, the Labour Court and the High Court. She also handles contested probate as well as complex trust and estate matters. Shaleni graduated from Northumbria University in the UK with First Class Honours, and was one of two top students awarded the 2005 Oxford University Press Law Prize. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011.
