Bunnasomboon Chaiparinya, commonly known as Aaron, is a Partner and Head of the Corporate Department at JTJB International Lawyers Co., Ltd. in Bangkok. He is a recognised corporate lawyer whose practice focuses on foreign direct investment, corporate and M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and complex cross-border transactions.

Aaron regularly advises multinational corporations, international investors, listed companies and emerging businesses on establishing, acquiring, restructuring and expanding their operations in Thailand. His foreign direct investment practice covers market-entry strategy, foreign ownership structuring, investment promotion, Foreign Business Licences and Certificates, regulatory approvals, industrial-estate projects and the establishment of sustainable Thai–foreign joint ventures. He is particularly experienced in navigating the Board of Investment, Department of Business Development, Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and other regulatory frameworks relevant to foreign-owned businesses.

His corporate and transactional experience spans mergers and acquisitions, share and business transfers, joint ventures, legal due diligence, corporate reorganisations, shareholders’ arrangements, financing transactions and strategic commercial agreements. He provides end-to-end support throughout the investment lifecycle—from the initial feasibility and structuring stage through regulatory approval, transaction execution, closing and post-investment compliance.

Aaron has advised on significant projects across a diverse range of industries, including data centres and digital infrastructure, renewable energy and power, advanced manufacturing, technology and telecommunications, education, real estate, hospitality, automotive, engineering and industrial services. His experience includes advising on high-value acquisitions, large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, BOI-promoted investments, foreign business licensing and the establishment of cross-border operating platforms in Thailand.

Recognised for his commercial understanding and solution-oriented approach, Aaron works closely with clients to develop practical legal structures that support their broader business objectives while maintaining compliance with Thai law. Before joining JTJB, Aaron practised in the corporate departments of international law firms in Thailand and Australia. He holds an LL.B. with Second-Class Honours from Thammasat University and postgraduate degrees in accounting and business administration from James Cook University, Australia.
