Mr. Krittin Pollagan graduated LL.B. from the Faculty of Law at Chulalongkorn in 2011 and graduated LL.M. in Business Law at Chulalongkorn University in 2019. He successfully obtained the Attorney License and admitted to the Thai Barrister at Law of Thai Bar Association in 2012.

Krittin serves as a valuable contributor to our Corporate Department, offering specialized guidance in foreign direct investment, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) compliance, and capital markets. His professional experience extends to navigating regulatory frameworks, structuring commercial contracts, and managing business licensing matters.

Krittin provides comprehensive assistance to clients across a broad spectrum of business sectors, including manufacturing and services. His expertise encompasses advising foreign direct investors on optimal business structures in Thailand, securing regulatory approvals and licenses from relevant authorities, and facilitating investment promotions through the Board of Investment of Thailand, including the management of import and export incentives related to customs procedures.

In addition to pre-operational support, Krittin offers assistance in drafting, reviewing, and representing clients during negotiations of various commercial contracts. He possesses significant experience in business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and conversions from limited companies to public limited companies, culminating in Initial Public Offerings and stock market listings.
