Known for his collaborative style and commercial acumen, Jonathan is a driving force in the firm’s Finance and Restructuring teams.  He has steered clients through market-leading bond and debt restructurings, innovative financings and high-profile distressed situations. Jonathan has played a pivotal role in building the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice acting on debt financings across the full range of asset classes and leads key relationships with NatWest Group, Leumi UK, QNB Group, SMBC and BACB plc.

Recent highlights include advising a group of lenders on a high profile back leverage transaction, supporting lender syndicates on distressed real estate and acting on a series of PBSA financing transactions. Jonathan is also recognised for his expertise in complex bond restructurings and for guiding corporate trustees through a range of enforcement and distress scenarios.
