Dan's core practice is the drafting and negotiation of agreements for the manufacture and supply of drugs for clinical and commercial use. More broadly, Dan's team covers legal aspects of technical operations, including manufacturing and supply, distributors and wholesalers, downstream logistics and the procurement of clean-room equipment. Dan acts for therapy companies and CMOs, regularly advising on all aspects from both the supplier and customer perspectives. Clients often instruct Dan’s team for their insight on the current market terms.

Dan also covers a broader range of supply and services agreements, franchise, sponsorship, agency and distribution arrangements across a number of other sectors, including, transport, travel, leisure and packaging. His clients include smaller businesses and well-known brands. Dan aims to provide practical, commercial advice and straightforward agreements.

Dan’s practice covers clients in the UK as well as those based throughout the US and Europe. He has dual UK/French nationality and is admitted as an Avocat Communautaire at the Paris Bar.
