Mark is Of Counsel in the private equity team, with more than 15 years' experience advising on the establishment and operation of closed-ended private investment funds.

Mark represents fund managers, institutional investors, and family offices on the structuring and formation of closed-ended funds across a range of asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, energy, venture capital, and real estate.

Mark is also an experienced adviser on the structuring of carried interest incentive arrangements, managed accounts, joint ventures, and co-investment vehicles, as well as fund restructuring (including continuation vehicles and secondary portfolio liquidity transfers), management firm setup, and fund governance.
