Mark has over 15 years of experience in advising fund managers, institutional investors, and family offices on a broad range of investment matters, nationally and internationally, with a focus on the formation and governance of closed-ended funds across a range of asset classes, including buy-out, infrastructure, energy, real estate, growth and venture capital.
