Lucy is a partner in the private equity group specialising in advisory and transactional work for private equity and growth capital investors, management teams and portfolio companies.

Lucy is a corporate lawyer with a broad experience advising on all aspects of private equity across several industry sectors, including TMT and business services.

She acts for a range of institutional investors, founder shareholders and management teams throughout the lifecycle of a company, including early stage fundraisings, growth capital investment, MBO's, MBI's and exits.  Her recent work has predominantly focused on the mid-market and lower mid-market, for example, advising FPE Capital on its investment in Intragen (a cybersecurity services consultancy and systems integrator) and its successful exit from cross-border payments services provider, Small World.

Lucy's experience also includes advising portfolio companies on corporate, constitutional and post-investment matters (including loan note listings), as well as in relation to any bolt-on acquisitions.  Most notably Lucy has acted on over 15 acquisitions for the Civica Group (an investee company of Partners Group), as part of its "buy and build" strategy.
