Position

Sally’s practice focuses on complex technology projects and transformations as well as use of emerging technologies. She has particular expertise in IT and business process outsourcings, long term services agreements and digital transformation projects. Sally also advises on use of AI, software licensing and data protection and cyber security.

Sally has over a decade of experience advising clients on a broad spectrum of technology matters ranging from large scale outsourcings (IT and BPO and acting on both customer and supplier side) and digital and technology transformation projects, to use of emerging technologies including FinTech and AI. Sally also provides strategic contractual support for transitional arrangements in complex M&A transactions. 

Key examples of her experience include, advising a multinational investment bank on the consolidation and transformation of its cheque processing activities using a cloud-based digital platform, one of the largest global technology companies on the deployment of its in-app payment solution, a supplier-side mandate for outsourcing of middle office investment services, outsourcing of the CCTV for a casino operator in Macau and data centre and contact centre outsourcing arrangements for a global logistics provider.
