Tom is an Of Counsel in the corporate finance team and specialises in international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, reorganisations and other corporate transactions and advisory matters. Tom's particular focus is UK and cross-border acquisitions and disposals for publicly listed and private clients.

Tom has advised a variety of UK and international clients, ranging from large multinationals to start-ups, across a number of business sectors including financial services, insurance, transport, pharmaceuticals and real estate, but with a particular focus on financial institutions and industrial companies.
