Linda has a wealth of experience in a broad spectrum of transactional shipping and offshore work, with particular expertise in yachts and superyachts.

Linda's expertise covers projects and financing work, including structured financings and the related security, time charters, bareboat charters, construction / refit contracts, sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and many agreements related to these. She has acted for banks, private equity groups, leasing companies, owners, project sponsors, charterers, managers and others, and this breadth of experience allows her to understand the perspective of each of the parties in a transaction, anticipate the concerns that each will raise and to offer pragmatic and focused advice.

Linda has particular specialist knowledge in yachts, and has extensive experience in essentially all aspects of transactional yachting, including negotiating construction / conversion / refit contracts; related contracts such as agreements between the owners and designers, naval architects, project managers and suppliers; sale and purchase agreements; financing agreements; charters; yacht management or central agency agreements, and many others – including bespoke agreements to fit specific transactions.
