Byul's practice typically covers all types of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on M&A (private equity, cross-border, and acquisitions of OMBs) and group reorganisations.  She advises on all direct and indirect tax aspects.  Her practice also extends to advising on finance transactions, including shipping and real estate financings.
