Edyta Brozyniak is an investment funds partner in the private equity team at Stephenson Harwood.

She advises institutional and high-net-worth investors and family offices on a broad range of investment matters nationally and internationally with a focus on private funds.

She has extensive experience representing capital in primary commitments, co-investments, separately managed accounts and joint ventures across a wide range of asset classes, including buy-out, private debt, real estate, infrastructure, growth, and venture capital.

She also advises fund managers on the structuring and operation of private closed-ended investment funds and co-investment platforms across multiple strategies, as well as on executive and employee incentive arrangements.
