Michelle Gomes specialises in private M&A, joint ventures, and equity fundraising in the VC and growth capital space.

Her M&A practice involves advising her clients on acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, often with an international element.

In supporting the venture ecosystem, her clients range from venture capital funds, CVCs, growth capital investors, to high-growth companies across a range of ticket sizes and sectors, but with a specific interest and focus on the technology, consumer and life sciences sectors.
