Kathryn is an experienced litigator advising on a wide range of property litigation matters, including lease renewals, dilapidations, adverse possession, break options, service charge disputes and tenant insolvency. Kathryn acts for individual property owners as well as real estate firms who all benefit from her strategic approach to resolving disputes efficiently.

She has a broader practice beyond property litigation as well, having successfully obtained reverse summary judgment for an investment manager client on a negligent misstatement claim and acting on two professional negligence cases.

Kathryn regularly finds solutions for clients via alternative dispute resolution, having settled a number of disputes via without prejudice discussions or mediation.
