Chris is a dedicated private equity expert focused on advising investors, management teams and portfolio companies on the full range of private equity transactions.

His practice encompasses growth capital deals all the way through to large-cap deals, but with an emphasis on the mid-market. A large proportion of his deals are international in nature.

Chris regularly supports several sponsors in the UK mid-market, including bd-capital, FPE Capital, Elysian Capital and Pelican Capital.

He has experience across a range of industry sectors but has particular experience in technology transactions. He is a member of the firm's technology sector group.
