Bobbie is a Managing Associate in the Commercial, Technology and Data team, with a particular focus on the Life Sciences and Technology sectors.

Bobbie advises on a wide range of complex contracting and issues, across a variety of industries and sectors. Her particular specialism is in Life Sciences, having undertaken secondments at three life sciences companies—including most recently at Gilead Sciences Inc.—giving her valuable insight into the unique demands and pressures of the industry.  Bobbie excels at drafting and negotiating contracts for Life Sciences companies in a cross-border/global capacity and across the entire life cycle of the drug and medicine market, including clinical and commercial manufacturing and supply agreements, product distribution agreements and research and development agreements.

Bobbie also advises clients from a range of sections on data protection and AI compliance, ensuring that she stays up to date with the latest legislative developments and keeps a close eye on international updates that could impact on her clients.
