Isabelle is a partner and heads the employment law practice of the Paris office of Stephenson Harwood.

With more than 15 years' experience, Isabelle has notable experience advising on the full spectrum of employment law matters – representing both individuals and organisations. She advises clients on matters ranging from employee saving schemes and criminal labour law, to social security law and collective disputes. She has particular experience in relation to restructuring and the implementation of collective redundancy procedures, and represents distressed companies and their shareholders. Additionally, she is also an experienced ethics, investigations and defence (EID) advisor.

Isabelle has a diverse client base including both French and international entities across sectors such as audiovisual, telecommunication, industry, trade and the hospitality sector.
