Sarah is highly regarded for her approachable manner, efficiency and ability to deliver commercially practical solutions. She has deep experience in trade marks, brand protection, copyright and commercialisation, as well as advertising and marketing law, including regulatory compliance, pre-vetting and Ad Standards complaints. Her practice also includes commercial and IT contracting, such as services agreements, licensing and technology transactions, regulatory advisory work under the Australian Consumer Law and media law.
