Jeremy is an experienced lawyer specialising in administrative law, regulatory law and dispute resolution. He manages complex proceedings across a range of courts and tribunals, providing strategic advice and representation to government agencies and other clients.

His administrative and regulatory experience includes advising Commonwealth agencies in appeals of administrative decisions before the Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Court, representing regulators in challenges to legislative instruments and acting in interlocutory applications to stay the operation of urgent legislative orders. He also assists agencies with standardising and optimising systems to manage portfolios of appeals.

In dispute resolution and litigation, Jeremy acts for a range of government agencies in civil proceedings in Federal and State Courts, often involving novel duties of care. He also represents medical practitioners in disciplinary proceedings before civil and administrative tribunals, acts in professional liability proceedings and coronial inquests.

Jeremy has been recognised in The Best Lawyers in Australia for Government Practice and Alternative Dispute Resolution since 2015, reflecting his extensive experience and standing in these areas.
