Guy is a leasing lawyer with more than 14 years’ experience in commercial, industrial and retail leasing across multiple jurisdictions. His practice involves guiding clients on their national property portfolios, drafting client-specific precedent documentation and providing practical guidance on complex transactions.

Guy has acted for shopping centre owners, State and local governments, asset management companies and investment and superannuation funds. His experience includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising disclosure documents, agreements for lease, leases, subleases, incentive deeds and licences for major landlords and tenants. He also advises on office, retail, industrial and telecommunications transactions, and conducts due diligence for the acquisition and disposal of shopping centres, industrial warehouses, vacant land and other property assets.

In addition, Guy provides strategic advice to landlords and tenants on their rights in commercial and retail disputes, keeps clients informed of legislative and case law developments and ensures lease precedents remain up to date with regulatory changes.
