Grace is an experienced commercial property lawyer, with a focus on capital transactions, development and energy transition projects. She is a trusted advisor to REITs, hotel owners and operators, developers and renewable energy proponents, providing strategic advice across complex transactions and large-scale projects.

Her expertise includes acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, retail and tourism assets, as well as fund-through agreements, joint ventures and property funds. She also advises on off-the-plan projects and title structuring, land acquisitions for energy projects and other general property matters including leasing, easements and body corporate matters.
