Career
Elly is an Accredited Property Specialist and experienced property and real estate lawyer with a strong focus on property development. She advises developers, private entities and government bodies on residential and mixed-use development projects, strata and community title schemes, project structuring, acquisitions and disposals, and complex joint venture arrangements.
Elly was recognised in the 2025 edition of Doyle's Guide as a leading Property & Real Estate lawyer in NSW. She has been a member of the Law Society of NSW Property Committee since 2020 and is currently the Head Assessor of the Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee (Property Law). She is also the Chair of the NSW Urban Development Institute of Australia’s Strata and Community Committee and a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers.
