Darren has extensive experience advising on large-scale property and business transactions across the commercial property, tourism, health and aged care sectors. He regularly advises on acquisitions, disposals, project finance and due diligence matters, and provides guidance on commercial and retail leasing, structured community title developments (including mixed-use developments) and rural acquisitions and disposals. Darren also advises clients on liquor licensing, gaming and renewable energy developments, combining practical commercial insight with expertise in property law.
