Alexander is a leasing specialist (both high-end and stream leasing) with extensive experience across all aspects of leasing. He understands the different drivers of landlords and tenants and is adept at acting for either party.

Alexander's experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial, industrial, and retail leases, agreements for lease, incentive deeds and deeds dealing with surrenders, assignments, and subleases. His retail leasing work includes advising landlords and tenants on the requirements of the Retail Leases Act 1994 (NSW), as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating retail leases and agreements for lease.
